Daisy Nodal & Tom Pupo
CEO, with over 8 years of experience in real estate investing, 6 years of experience as an instructor, and 3 years of experience in data-driven design visualization research, Daisy’s interests lie at the intersection of design, data, and technology as a means to adapt our urban environments for resilience to climactic, economic, and social changes. Her research has encompassed design master planning, multi-disciplinary collaborations, data visualization, and most recently, interactive design as means to educate the public of all the complex changes affecting their urban futures. By creating this hub in the center of Miami, she seeks to foster an environment that allows individuals to improve our city with creative, innovative solutions.
COO, with over 10 years of experience in design, 3d modeling, and making, 4 years experience in design retailing, and 2 years experience in creative direction, Tom’s interests lie in the convergence of design, fabrication, and public engagement. As an adjunct design professor for the School of Architecture at Florida International University, his experience in guiding the design process from concept to finished models have been practiced with students at various levels of their education, ranging from the introductory to the proficient. He aspires to be an agent of social change by empowering individuals with the environment and the tools necessary to realize their creative visions.
